A pet store and grooming salon in Varna. We moved ZooBars off an ageing WooCommerce/WordPress store onto Shopify - rebuilding the storefront, modernising the domain and DNS, migrating business email to Google Workspace, and hardening deliverability - then handed the finished store to the owner with full control. A complete lift-and-shift with zero data loss and no disruption to the live business.
