Overview
A pet store and grooming salon in Varna. We moved ZooBars off an ageing WooCommerce/WordPress store onto Shopify - rebuilding the storefront, modernising the domain and DNS, migrating business email to Google Workspace, and hardening deliverability - then handed the finished store to the owner with full control. A complete lift-and-shift with zero data loss and no disruption to the live business.

E-commerce replatforming to Shopify, DNS migration to Cloudflare, Google Workspace email, SPF/DKIM/DMARC deliverability, order-notification fixes, full ownership handover.
Overview
A ceramics painting studio in Varna. Guests choose a piece, paint it, and collect it glazed and fired. Beside the booking form sits a ceramic piece visitors paint on screen before picking a date, which has raised the share who go on to book.

Website design and build from a logo alone, interactive paint-on-ceramics model, booking flow with opening hours and closed days, services and events, gift vouchers, Google Workspace.

Violeta Kyoseva is an Ikigai and business coach, an author, and a 2026 Forbes Women Forum speaker. The site works in Bulgarian for two audiences at once: individuals looking for direction, and companies looking at their own teams.

Alongside our studio work, we keep a small reserve of strong Bulgarian exact-match names. We do not trade them as assets - we take one as the starting point of a complete build: the name, the brand around it, and the site beneath it. One studio, and a foundation you own outright.
